§ 159.115 PURPOSE.
The Residential Low (RL) designation promotes single family residential development and variations in housing opportunities throughout the planning area.

§ 159.116 PERMITTED USES.
The following are permitted uses in any RL district:
(A) Single family dwellings;
(B) Accessory buildings, uses, or structures;
(C) Home occupations;
(D) The keeping of domestic animals;
(E) Licensed in home day care for up to 12 children subject to §§ 159.525 through 159.531;
(F) Flood control facilities;
(G) Public parks or recreational facilities, including public or private golf courses with no night lighting;
(H) Public or private schools or educational institutions;
(I) Foster homes.

§ 159.117 CONDITIONAL USES.
The following uses may be permitted subject to a conditional use permit:
(A) Places of worship;
(B) Bed and breakfast facilities;
(C) Public or quasi-public utility or public service facilities;
(D) Private recreational facilities;
(E) Licensed day care centers;
(F) Boarding houses or rooming houses;
(G) Guest house or servant's quarters which may not be rented or sold;
(H) Licensed 'community care facilities' including: Residential facility; adult day care; day treatment;
